Matrixx Ferreira

BScKin, RSCC, CSCS, CSEP-CEP, Pn-1 Matrixx has a Bachelors Degree of Science in Kinesiology from Brock University and a postgraduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College. Matrixx was featured in YourWorkoutBook.com, authors for Teambuildr and has his articles displayed in multiple college curriculums. In the world of sports, Matrixx has prepared numerous athletes for international competitions, including the World Championships and Olympic Games. He likes to focus on developing young athletes while preparing them for potential NCAA opportunities. He is currently head of strength and conditioning for the Niagara River Lions Professional Basketball Team.

Myles Methner

BaKin, CSCS, CPPS, Pn-1 Myles has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has been featured in Epoch Life with his article Why Everyone Should Train Like An Athlete. Myles believes in using a variety of tools and methods throughout the training process in order to help maximize his clients’ potential. These include preparing professional CFL players, NCAA hockey players and elite baseball players for success. He believes that optimizing a well-rounded approach will help athletes better perform and own the podium.

Paul Bisnauth

BScKin, CSCS, CSEP-CEP Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Brock University and a postgraduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College. He has experience working with a broad spectrum of the population, including older adults and athletes alike. He was also an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Niagara College’s men’s basketball team. Paul builds faster, more agile athletes that stay in the game longer. He is IPC’s Speed School instructor and teaches athletes how to maximize sprinting in their training plans.
