The plan involves 4 days of work alternating between upper and lower body workouts. There’s a perfect blend of strength and hypertrophy work to have you feeling as strong as you look. While Brovember takes a well-rounded approach, there’s extra emphasis on the upper body to catch up with all of that squatting we just did during October.
Be prepared to hit plenty of supersets and sets to failure to really smoke the upper body after hitting some high-quality strength work.
