Buff Badger

The Buff Badger is not for the faint of heart. For the main movements, we make them a meaty sandwich of reps and pauses. You’ll perform the prescribed reps before hitting a 5 second pause to then finish with even more reps. A true testament to the animal you’ll become after completing this program. 

All accessories will be catered to building a thick back end while tightening up the sleeves. Nothing but the good stuff that any real beast would appreciate. Hit them hard and with purpose; you aren’t a gazelle, you’re a badger!
