The Holiday season may be upon us, but that’s no excuse to slack off on your training! There will no doubt be plenty of distractions, get-togethers, and a surplus of calories to come in the weeks ahead. This is where Densecember comes in to save the day! While you should definitely enjoy the Holiday season with family and friends, staying on the program will help you to keep your routine and continue to progress.
The plan involves 4 days of work alternating between upper and lower body workouts. The lower body days have extra conditioning work sprinkled in to help you fight off all those Christmas Treats. Densecember has a perfect blend of strength and conditioning: strength to build the tank, conditioning to build the engine.Be prepared for a trifecta of strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning. Make sure to feed the machine and sleep like a bear to ensure your recovery efforts match your efforts in the gym.
