New Year, Same Grind. While most are gearing up for their New Years Resolutions and chanting “New Year, New Me,” we’re simply keeping the gain train rolling and getting back to work! 

The plan involves 4 days of work alternating between upper and lower body workouts. Coming off of Densecember, this is the perfect time to implement high density clusters. Your main work on Days 1 and 2 will be implementing these clusters. If you need more clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Make sure to feed the machine and sleep like a bear to ensure your recovery efforts match your efforts in the gym. Jacked Frost is sure to be another great month of Gains!
