Juiced Up June

It’s officially beach season! It’s time to take off those pump covers and show off your summer bod. To make sure we are staying swole, Juiced up June has your back with triphasic sets making sure your muscles look pumped and juicy.

This plan involves 4 days of work alternating between upper body and lower body days with a 4th day of conditioning to help keep the summer body looking lean. Be prepared for long sets with a ton of reps at different tempos.

Make sure you’re keeping up with proper nutrition and rest to make sure these muscles are recovering from this absolute muscle-destroying program. Recovery is where gains are made. Which way to the beach? The beach is that way!
