If you liked Summer Swole part one, you’re going to love part two! Summer has now officially arrived; the days are hot and the gains are even hotter. 

Keeping a schedule of two heavy days per week and two volume days per week, the 6-12-25 method will be used on volume days and more traditional heavy strength training will be reserved for the heavy days. While we hit a lot of the show muscles during Summer Swole Part I, we can’t forget about the go muscles on the back of the body! 

For Summer Swole Part II, 6-12-25 will be focused on building the back and bi’s on upper body volume day and the hamstrings and glutes on lower body volume day. Your other days will complement all of this volume with a bit of heavier work so we get the full range of volume and intensity throughout the week.
