It’s back and better than ever! With Winter just around the corner, it’s time to put on some extra mass so we can get ready to hibernate; that’s where Brovember Part two comes in! Get ready for a month of heavy lifts and juicy pumps.
The plan involves 4 days of work alternating between upper and lower body workouts. There’s a perfect blend of compound and isolation work to have you feeling jacked and juicy. While Brovember takes a well-rounded approach, there’s extra emphasis on the upper body to catch up with all of that squatting we just did during October.
Be prepared to hit plenty of trisets to really pack on some quality mass this month. Make sure to feed the machine and sleep like a bear to ensure your recovery efforts match your efforts in the gym. Brovember is sure to be another great month of Gains!
