March Madness

We are now well on our way into 2023 and the Gain Train keeps rolling! We kicked the year off right with Jacked Frost and Farm Strong, and now we continue the trend with March Madness.

The plan involves 4 days of work alternating between upper and lower body workouts. It features a heavy dose of strength work on Days 1 and 4, balanced with some higher volume pump work with our trisets on Days 2 and 3. Coming off of Farm Strong, this is the perfect mix of strength and size!

As always, make sure to feed the machine and sleep like a bear to ensure your recovery efforts match your efforts in the gym. Let’s ride the wave and keep the gains flowing; March Madness is sure to be another great month of Gains!
